1. General Policy
At Smoke Shop New Mexico, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the personal nature of our products, health and safety regulations prevent us from accepting most returns once items leave the store.
2. Vape Devices

All vape devices must be tested in-store before leaving to confirm they function properly.

If a customer chooses not to test their vape in-store, they have 24 hours from the time of purchase to return it with the original receipt and all packaging.

Returns are accepted only for manufacturer defects and must show no signs of use, wear, or damage.

Opened or used e-liquids, cartridges, pods, and disposable vapes are non-returnable for safety and sanitary reasons.
3. Glass Products

All sales on glass products are final.

This includes all glass pipes, rigs, and water pipes. Customers are encouraged to inspect glass items carefully before completing the purchase.

For online orders only, damaged glass must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos provided for review.
4. Other Returns

All returns must include the original receipt and be in unused, original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Approved refunds or store credits will be issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Clearance and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Management Discretion
All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to management approval. Management reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases.
6. Policy Updates
Smoke Shop New Mexico reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to your transaction.
